Most of the yacht charter providers in Turkey manage the paperwork for the transit log for you if you provide them in advance with all necessary information such as a crew list, copies of the skipper’s sailing licence and passport numbers.
Yacht charter crews wanting to sail from Turkey to Greece have to conform to the newest regulations regarding clearance. The regulations have eased in the past years, facilitating the transit. Nevertheless, check with your yacht charter company in advance on what you should take into consideration while sailing on a chartered yacht.
